Doncaster Rotaract Club is one of the many thousands of Rotaract clubs worldwide and is an organisation for young people aged between 18 and 35. Click here to visit the national Rotaract website. Rotaract is also the younger side of Rotary International and we are supported by three local Rotary clubs, Doncaster St Leger, Doncaster St Georges and Doncaster within Rotary District 1270.
We are a social and community based club who get involved in local and national fundraising, as well as hosting and taking part in a wide variety of social events. The aim of the club is to have fun, meet new people, and try to put something back into the community. If you are aged between 18 and 35 then you don't know what you have been missing out on!
Each year we have regular fundraising events including a Quiz Night in February, a stand at the St George's Rotary Classic Car Show in August (this year we did Hook a Duck!) and a pitch at the car boot sale. Last year we raised over £700 for charity and we are aiming for £1000 this year.
As well as our fundraising events we have a black tie Charter Night each January and have various social events including a trip to Go Ape, nights at the dogs, bowling competitions, BBQs, walks and meals out.
